Return and Refund Policy

At MyCandlearth, we prioritize the quality of our personalized candles. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Returns

  • Personalized Products: Since our candles are customized with images, stickers, and other unique elements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

  • Non-Personalized Products: If you have purchased a non-personalized product (such as a candle from our existing range) and are not satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Policy

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • For personalized items, please inspect your product upon delivery. If you notice any defects (such as an incorrect sticker or printing error), please contact us within 7 days to request a return.

3. Refund Process

  • If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. We may ask for photos of the damaged item to expedite the process.

5. How to Return an Item

  • Step 2: We will provide return instructions and the address to send the item.

  • Step 3: Ship the product back to us, ensuring it is securely packaged.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please return the item and place a new order.
